In recent years,it is increasing a hot issue that the turnover of the companies in China,specially in private enterprises,which make the orders not to be finished timely,some projects to be stopped and strategic target of the plan to be died,and impact the operation.Now it is one of best challenges for the private enterprises to be faced.F company,which is a meddle-sized manufacturing enterprise,turnover is a big problem too,undoubtedly,it's restricted its development.Therefore,it urgent for F company to find a series of measures to cope with the issue of the turnover,so that to complete its strategic target planed.The research is from the phenomenon of serious turnover in F company to begin,then find out the cause and impact through field survey?statistic analysis of related data?employees interview and consulting some regulations inside.Finally structuring the solution for F company how to cope with turnover highly by summarizing current literatures and mixing with all kind of the methods of study,totally 5 measures:including Setting up higher than the same industry salary welfare?completing the system of the company inside?implementing employee stock ownership plan?retaining key employees and echelon building of talent.Those measures including content of two aspects actually:on the one hand to retain employee by some measures---update some current regulations so that the systems are proactive and attractive,on the other hand to handle the problems when employee left---echelon building of talent so that to fast replacement for lessening the loss because the talent is flowing freely in the system of market economy.The measures is easy for Human Resource section to execute in F company,firmly believe they may help to resolve the issue of turnover for F company,also for another enterprises as reference.
