The 21st century is the century of human resources.Competition among enterprises depends on the overall strength of human resources more. But at the same time, because of the improvement of the level of economic development and the Ideological emancipation,individuals have more courage to express themselves'personality.In addition,they face more and more external temptations. Therefore,individuals'loyalty to the organization declines . the phenomenon of frequent movement occurs. How to solve the problem of employee turnover and to attract and retain qualified personnel for the development of the organization is imminent.With the promotion of western development,Lanzhou private enterprises have been gaining great development,but compared with others, the attractiveness is still poor, facing a severe problem of employee turnover. In this paper, private enterprises in Lanzhou are chosen as the research object, in order to supply the possible ideas to solve the problem for private enterprises as well as similar businesses. This paper take progressive style logical structure to elaborate.First of all, through the overview of the relative research and maturity theoretical at home and abroad, it paves the way in theory.Then it describes the current situation of employee turnover of Lanzhou private enterprises, including the definition of private enterprises and employee turnover , the current situation of Lanzhou private enterprises and employee turnover, and the impact of employee turnover.After that, reasons for employee turnover are explored,combining the method of comparative analysis and factor analysis. Finally, coping strategies to solve the problem of employee turnover of Lanzhou private enterprises are supplied.
