Employee turnover is a problem that enterprises need to face continuously from establishment to development.Especially in today's economic globalization and management internationalization,with the social progress and the intensification of competition,China's social economy is also facing the pressure of transformation and upgrading.For companies,the external environment is not as relaxed as before.In the increasingly severe economic situation,companies want to develop.Talents are indispensable resources for growth.At present,the trend of social and economic environment is downward,the competition among enterprises is intensified,and the management of employees becomes very difficult.If the enterprise can not create a satisfactory working environment for employees,the possibility of employee leaving will greatly increase.Therefore,all walks of life have formulated reasonable measures to improve the human resources management of the company.The main purpose is to maintain the employee turnover rate at a reasonable level,reduce the operational risk of the company and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise itself.In the final analysis,the competition between companies is the competition of talents,and the mission of state-owned investment companies is special,unlike the large state-owned enterprises which occupy the monopoly position of resources,state-owned investment companies often exist as a platform for the integration of state-owned assets.Its main functions include a large number of government policy investment.Profit is not the sole purpose of state-owned investment companies.Promoting the upgrading of local industries,optimizing the structure,integrating with government policies,and doing a good job of fund support are also one of the operating objectives of state-owned investment companies.These characteristics enable state-owned investment companies to have a certain understanding of the national macro-policy,in addition to the demand for professionalization of talents,compared with the general investment companies.In today's increasingly active environment of private capital,state-owned companies compared with general companies,although they have the advantages of government platform,in recent years,there has been a problem of employee gradual turnover.Employee turnover is a common problem that most companies will encounter in their development process.As the last link of "recruitment,employment and retention" in human resources management system,turnover management will play an increasingly important role in human resources management in the modern society in which human capital is showing more and more frequent mobility.In the past five years,the employee turnover rate of state-owned investment A company has been at a high level,and it has brought all kinds of adverse effects to company A from human capital to image reputation.This paper studies the relevant theories of the influencing factors of employee turnover,selects the relevant influencing factors that accord with the actual situation of company A,and summarizes the influencing factors of employees of state-owned investment A company through field interviews and questionnaires.Influencing factors of turnover behavior and through cross-comparative analysis of the data of turnover and turnover tendency of employees in company A,the main influencing factors of turnover problem of employees in company A are summarized.Combining the relevant theories of human resources and management experience of bench marking enterprises in the same industry,the corresponding strategies suitable for the human resources system of company A are put forward to help the company reduce staff turnover.Rate,increase the efficiency of enterprises.Although it is inevitable for an enterprise to leave its employees as long as it survives,we can find problems projected from the phenomenon of employee turnover to the operation of the company and improve and optimize them if we systematically analyze the reasons for employee turnover,through the structural proportion of employees leaving the company,the classification and statistics of reasons for leaving the company,and so on.The development of enterprises can not be separated from the participation of employees and the process of establishing a sound human resources management system.This paper,from the aspects of recruitment and training,salary system,performance management and so on,aims at the investment industry to find out the universal and enforceable countermeasures and specific measures to deal with the problem of employee turnover,whether for the development and growth of Company A itself or for the same industry.The optimization of human resources management system is of practical significance.
