Research On The Financial Policy Of Supporting The Small And Medium Enterprises In Gansu Province

Since the reform and opening up,China's small and medium-sized enterprises have mushroomed.Small and medium-sized enterprises have brought great changes to the society,not only promoted the rapid development of the economy,but also greatly promoted the social innovation and employment,so it has become the backbone of China's economic development.Although the rapid development of small and medium enterprises,but due to the weak foundation,the development environment is not good,the policy support is not in place and other factors,the long-term development of a certain impact.In recent years,Gansu Province,as one of the most important provinces in the west,has been developing steadily in the strategic deployment of the western development.Although the small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu province economy started late,regardless of size or benefit and the Middle East are inevitably somewhat gap,development remains to be improved,but it is gradually catch up with the province of large enterprises,supporting the development of local economy,help people solve the difficult problem of unemployment in the West dominated province economy can not shake the position.In this paper,the relevant fiscal policy of Gansu Province to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises as a research focus,multi-angle analysis of small and medium enterprises in Gansu Province,the impact of economic development,focusing on Gansu fiscal policy on the status quo of small and medium enterprises.Thinking about the actual situation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu Province,including the plight of their own development and the constraints of fiscal policy.Combined with the current background of supply side reform,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how tosupport the development of small and medium enterprises in Gansu.
