An Empirical Study On Synthesis Of Financial Security Index Of Gansu Province

Finance is the lifeblood of modern economy,and financial security has been the core of modern national economic security and social stability.With the acceleration of financial development to globalization and liberalization,the international capital flows quickly,and the way of financial transactions and the derivative financial instruments is changing fast,as long as the financial supervision is difficult to upgrade.Therefore,the frequent financial crisis has caused heavy losses and seriously hindered the pace of global economic development.In recent years,the focus of national financial security maintenance has gradually shifted from the national macro level to regional lproblem.However,due to the different economic basis in different regions,the level of financial development is obviously different,and the implementation of macro financial supervision needs to be implemented in accordance with local conditions.It is necessary to assess the financial security situation comprehensively and accurately.As located in the northwest of China,Gansu Province is affected by the restriction of the geographical environment and the lack of natural resources.Its economic basis is relatively weak,and the development of the financial industry is lagging behind.Compared with the provinces in the eastern and central regions,their gap is relatively large.Therefore,the evaluation of regional financial safety index of Gansu Province can't simply apply the index system of national or other areas,and it needs to make some adjustments on the basis of reference.The selection of indicators should focus on Gansu Province's economic,development and financial operation situation.In order to reflect the real situations effectively,the factors of the difference and particularity of Gansu Province must be given full consideration to financial safety.This paper focuses on the real economy and the financial sector to the two level,the effectiveness in strict accordance with the reality of the connotation,and the financial security of Gansu province regional financial development and data acquisition,and ultimately determine the construction of evaluation index system of Gansu Province financial security situation of 12 indicators.The index system has practical significance and theoretical support,operation.On the basis of the formation of index system,the objective principal component analysis method is adopted to determine the weight of each index,and the weighted sum formula of synthetic financial security index is set up.Through to the Gansu Province actual data of 2004-2016 in Gansu Province completed the empirical analysis of synthetic financial safety index,the changes of index show that in 2004-2016 years the financial security situation of Gansu Province continued to improve,until the highest level in 2016 during 13 years,but the wave rose slightly with three stages back to temperature rising respectively in 2005,2008 and 2013-2014 after falling.At the same time,this paper uses qualitative analysis method in Gansu Province financial operation situation and development trend as a comparison object,and the fluctuation trend of Gansu Province's financial safety index values were compared,observe the consistency of the two,which verifies the synthesis of Gansu Province financial safety index has also confirmed the rationality.The construction of index system and weight calculation method are scientific.
