Talents plays an important role in enterprise is a known fact.As emerging microfinance industry,recruitment is facing fierce competition in the market,at the same time,the deficiency of recruitment management is further restricted talents to join us,therefore,how to optimize the existing recruitment management system,improve the existing microcredit company recruitment efficiency and quality has become a priority,under this background,the analysis to explore the problems and countermeasures of how to improve the company hiring is very meaningful.HH microfinance company is a fast growing growth companies.Rapid growth of company business scale also encounters the bottleneck of recruitment.In this paper,on the basis of relevant theories,recruitment management at home and abroad for reference,through questionnaire investigation,analysis,statistics and other research methods to study the status quo HH small loans company recruitment,find the recruitment management of existing problems and causes,puts forward the concrete countermeasures for improvement.From recruitment planning and optimization,the interview selection process and standard improvement,the improvement of the recruitment channels,improve recruitment team specialization etc.Put forward the specific operation process and requirements.At the same time by absorbing new tools in the field of recruitment and selection processes as well as the company business credit report in the process of the audit tool,further enhance the validity of the recruitment selection and quality.At the same time,this paper also suggested in the recruitment management infrastructure for implementing security.Including job analysis optimization perfect,establish and improve the post rank system,orientation and c&b body construction,increase the company leadership attaches great importance to the extent,optimize the departing employees management,perfect the enterprise culture construction,to optimize the business performance system construction,etc.,to ensure the effective implementation of the recruitment countermeasures.Through this article research,to a certain extent,help HH small loan companies improve recruitment management in management,optimizing recruitment channels,the selection of process and standards,enhance the professional team,and hope to help to optimize the company's recruitment management play a role,to ensure the sustainable development of company human resources.
