Human resource is the basis of promoting development according to the strategic goal of an enterprise,and the recruitment of employees is the top priority of the enterprise's human resource work.Nowadays,the human resources work of most small and medium-sized private enterprises in China is still lagging behind the early personnel management,and they haven't fully appreciated the advancement of the contemporary enterprise human resources management theory,so they lack a deep understanding and application of it.In this paper,a typical representative of the small and medium-sized private enterprises in shandong province T company as the research object,by studying the main problems of T company in staff recruitment aspects,and puts forward a series of targeted optimization measures,achieve the purpose of enhance the level of T company human resource management,in order to provide small and medium-sized private enterprises related to promotion,replicable experiences.In this paper,by adopting the combination of questionnaire survey and telephone interview form,through the ordinary of in-service staff,technical staff and management staff,and employees who left a total of four groups of research and find the existing problems in T company staff recruitment,and carries on the analysis,find that the T company in the recruitment standards,processes,channel,and so on evaluation problem.Based on the problems found in the survey and the theories related to employee recruitment management,this paper constructs and optimizes the employee recruitment system for T company from four aspects: initial recruitment,mid-term selection,later recruitment and recruitment evaluation.In order to ensure the implementation of the recruitment optimization plan of T company,specific safeguard measures were designed from five aspects: ideology,personnel,system,organization and culture.
