With the development of the knowledge economy and globalization as well as the rapid increasing of high technology, increasing competition between enterprises is in the evolution of the talent competition among enterprises. "Talents are in it will not lose the world" has been more and more recognized by entrepreneurs and managers.In China, as the new labor contract law issued on January 1, 2008 implementation of the enterprises will increase employment costs. Increasing employment risks has become the consensus of many enterprises. Under such circumstances, enterprises pay more attention to attracting and selecting talented people.With China's rapid economic development, private enterprises, private enterprises and other small and medium-sized enterprises have sprung up, China's small and medium enterprises in the country's total enterprises occupy a very high ratio. According to China's economic network statistics, the number of SMEs in China has reached 10,000 over 4200, accounting for the 99.8 per cent of the total number of enterprises; SMEs to create the ultimate value of products and services, total exports and paid taxes, respectively, of the country's 58 %, 68.3% and 50.2%, and the second national economic census data also showed that to the end of 2004, China's private enterprises registered as a legal entity units accounted for 61% of all enterprises.As small and medium enterprises, the attraction of talent as large enterprises, enterprise, in terms of human, financial and material resources, and can not compare with these enterprises. So how do the small and medium enterprise in the great tide of competition to maximize to their need on attracting the talents? This paper will attempt to seek a way for these enterprises in the recruiting of personnel.This paper has been selected a small and medium-sized enterprises -H company which is a agent in the main business of environmental protection and electronic devices for a sample of companies. The analysis of its recruitment is an evidence to identify their strengths and weaknesses. To improve the program is same as to provide recommendations to similar small and medium-sized in their recruitment.In this paper, the research methods used mainly are observation, literature and interviews for the investigation of H company of their recruitment process same as the investigation of competency of their position.Research methods used mainly empirical analysis and comparison . Use comparatively analysis in compare the recruitment of H companies with other more successful enterprises, it can identified the gap between successful enterprises and H company. Empirical analysis method used is in view of finding the original sample enterprises shortcomings and deficiencies on recruitment, to improve and perfect them, and to show preliminary certification to the result.
