| Information system integration is a new type of service that can be provided by many companies,and has become one of the fastest growing in the world.At the same time,information system integration project mostly is a system engineering of high risk,it involves many disciplines,need a lot of senior personnel,need to invest a lot of money,the project scope is not clear,the customer may also often put forward new demands,the success of a project subject to the influence of many factors,from the beginning of the project to the project planning there are many risks in the real implementation of the process.In this paper,through the research on the risk management of Shenzhen XH hotel buffet open room terminal construction project,find a way to effectively manage and control these risks,improve the overall efficiency of the project,to provide reference for other similar projects.Based on the project information system in recent years at home and abroad,especially the research on the theory of risk management information system integration project of some literature and actual case studies based on the XH company of Shenzhen hotel buffet room terminal construction project risk management situation analysis,found the project implementation unit of hyt company do not pay attention to the risk management of the project,no progress in the implementation of effective management of the project supported by JXD company,poor project plan,risk consciousness,and also ignored the planning and management of project risk,resulting in project cost overruns and project delay is more serious.In view of this situation,the whole process of project risk management,continuous risk management,interface risk management method,according to the characteristics of different phases of project risk activities,quantitative and qualitative,to establish an integrated framework of risk management,the standardization of the project.The needs of the project from the project implementation process of system design,personnel communication,personnel arrangement,project quality and project schedule risk using risk breakdown structure method with risk checklist method for risk identification,using Likert scale method combined with the risk matrix method to identify the risk evaluation,formulate the corresponding strategy.ake control of the high risk aversion,take the transfer of moderate risk,take or transfer to low risk,project risk of adverse effects for all kinds of projects have dropped to the lowest level,to achieve the project goal,improve the level of project risk management.The problems existing in the risk management of the construction project of the hotel self service terminal in Shenzhen XH company are common in the information system integration project.In this paper,we use some similar cases of system integration as reference to find out the methods to prevent and control the risk,reduce the loss of the project and increase the profit of the project.The experiences and methods of project risk management which are summarized from the project can also be applied to other types of systems integration projects,which have practical significance and reference value for other systems integration projects. |
