With the development of living standard,the upgrading of consumption structure,the changing of consumption concept and habits,and the dividend policy supporting of national government,the cross-border e-commerce was developing rapidly in China,the Cross-Border E-shopping is becoming a new normal.It is very important for start-ups who want to get success in this new market to find a repeatable and expandable business model and provide some targeted strategic planning for its implementation and improvement.S company is a cross-border e-commerce firm between China and Thailand,who was started-up under this good growing trend of the cross-border e-commerce industry,using its advantages in supply of goods,manpower and other aspects,to satisfy these existing and unsatisfied demands of Chinese consumers in seeking of safe and pollution-free products and special life experiences in cross border shopping.As the founder of S company,the author format this research idea by combined with her understanding of the cross-border e-commerce sector and deeply study of relevant literature.S company is combined influencing by the macro environment and the industry competitions of China and Thailand when doing business between these two countries.At the beginning,this research will comparing the differences of macro environment between these two countries by using comparative study,combine studying of the industry competitions and the company inside situations,after that using the SWOT matrix analysis to find out the best feasibility strategic portfolio of S company,and then planning the coming three years' development strategy objectives of S company by using the Entrepreneurial strategy theory as the theoretical guidance.After that,using the Lean Start-Up theory and the amazing online sell formula:Launch,as the theoretical guidance,to analysis and evaluate the business model and its nine constituent elements by using SWOT,to understand the situation of S company in the industry and identify the opportunities and threats which hiding behind each element.At the end,providing some strategic planning suggestions to the implementation and improvement of S company's development strategy and its business model.
