In traditional international trade,China's enterprises are relatively low in the international trade supply chain,only to enjoy the least profit.In the existing global economic globalization,China companys depend on developed e-commerce information technology,use cross-border electricity B2C to open up overseas markets,and devote to enhance the international image of the brand and reinforce the core competitiveness of enterprises.Cross-border electricity business B2C has broken the original business model,redefined the Chinese enterprises in the international trade on the industrial chain position,it is like a popular new business model in China.With the support of our government and social capital,SMEs in our country actively participate in B2C industry of cross-border e-commerce.The fancy is that this industry has the characteristics of high profit and rapid growth of products.China's small and medium-sized enterprises generally have poor brand awareness and imitation of competitors after copying a bad price war,and no channel of strategic awareness of the three questions is the re-entry of our country after the 3.0 e-commerce cross-border e-commerce the most common The problem.In this paper,Company A uses cross-border e-commerce B2C model to promote mailbox products in the target market-the United States business model as a case study,based on brand building,product selection,supply chain integration and localization marketing research and analysis of operational mode,The key policy recommendations for promoting the development of cross-border e-commerce B2C are to set up their own brands,select the products needed for the target market,and refine the supply chain management and marketing methods in line with the target market culture.
