| With the development of economy and the increase of the logistics demand,companies and individuals put forward higher request to logistics.But the position and function in logistics management of Intelligent storage technology determines that companies should pay enough attention to Intelligent Storage Technology,which is beneficial to logistics efficiency and quality of enterprise services.To promote the transformation from traditional logistics to modern logistics,improve logistics efficiency and promote economic better and faster development,the government took a lot of macro financial intervention policies and measures to encourage and support the logistics related businesses to use the Intelligent Storage Technology.But the effect is not obvious.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to explore the mechanism of action and influence path that the fiscal intervention influence on Intelligent Storage Technology adoption intention of enterprise.From the perspective of technology adoption theory,this paper constructs the framework model of government macro-subject intervention in micro-enterprise adopt intelligent warehousing technology,which follows the existed corresponding basic principle.The fiscal intervention is classified into three dimensionalities:fiscal subsidy,preferential tax and fiscal interest discount;and the technology cognition is classified into two aspects technology value perception and technology cost perception.The paper takes the Intelligent Storage Technology for example and investigates some practitioners.With collected 149 valid data,the author analysises the raw data by spss22.0 and changes it into another based the fact result that we analysised.Finally,providing some different tips and management tips in this paper,and direction for the future researchs are indicated.The followings are the findings of the paper:Technical cognition has a significant effect on adoption intention.Specifically,technology value perception has a significant positive effect on adoption intention and technology cost perception has a significant negative effect on adoption intention.Fiscal intervention including fiscal subsidy,preferential tax and fiscal interest discount has different effcets on each dimension of technology cognitive.Specifically,fiscal subsidy,preferential tax and fiscal interest discount have a significant positive effect on technology value perception and influent on technology cost awareness nagatively.Technical cognition changes the influence of the fiscal intervention on adoption intention.What's more,the result of its influence is different in different parts of fiscal intervention and adoption intention. |
