With the development of the world economy,the enterprises have gradually changed from relying on natural resources to relying on human resources,human resources have become the most important capital of the current social development.However,with the advent of the economic era and the development of globalization,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce,and the loss of knowledge is becoming more and more serious.Also,as China's market economy and the labor market gradually perfect and further promote the Small and medium-sized enterprises has obtained the hitherto unknown development,but the high turnover rate of employees seriously affect the comprehensive development of enterprises,hinder the sustained and healthy development of enterprises.This paper aims at the status quo through analysis of small and medium sized enterprises in Youxian employee turnover,on the basis of theoretical analysis,combined with the theories and methods concerning the current human resources management,with the "three layer influence factor model of small and medium-sized enterprises" staff turnover based comprehensive analysis of the small and medium-sized enterprise personnel loss of external and internal factors,and on the basis of the establishment the "preventive mechanism" loss of employees of small and medium enterprises,the mechanism mainly includes "staff management mechanism","enterprise environment promotion mechanism","employee flow before the crash early warning mechanism" and "employee turnover after the control mechanism of four subsystems.Therefore,this paper is researched and analyzed by flow factors on employee of Youxian small and medium-sized enterprises,puts forward the Countermeasures of innovation of employee turnover,thereby reducing staff turnover of small and medium-sized enterprises,optimize the structure of enterprises,improve the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises and economic benefits,so as to make new contributions to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,the contribution of the new power for the development of Youxian modern economy.
