In the urbanization advancement speeding up unceasingly,the land use scale expanding,improving public facilities,but still failed to meet the diverse needs of urban residents.Living and employment is a necessary place for residents' daily life,and the residents as the main body of urban life,the emergence of live-employment space separation phenomenon and residents inherent dynamic change,for the functional zoning and management of urban public transport facilities Residents' happiness index and other aspects are a lot of influence,So the regional employment-living relationship has important practical significance and theoretical value,as one of the important cities in central China,Zhengzhou city,study the relationship between employment-residential space distribution characteristics and influencing factors,Not only for the same type of city living relationship has a certain reference value,and further perfect the present situation of the study on urban spatial structure in China,in addition,but also to the sustainable development of the economy-environment-population of Zhengzhou city.In this paper,based on the questionnaire survey data,in Zhengzhou city residents as the research object,collect their personal and social economic attribute data,first of all,by collecting a large number of domestic and foreign related journals monograph,carefully reading,determined in this paper,the theoretical basis and research structure,Secondly using the spatial analysis method of Zhengzhou city employment-living space distribution relationship between features is described,using statistical analysis method,to analyze its influence factors,so as to provide certain reference for construction of Zhengzhou city.(1)Employment-living relationship between spatial distribution features,Zhengzhou city,Zhengzhou city residents average commuting time(starting from the residence to employment)is 25.15 minutes,compared with the domestic big city,Zhengzhou city average commuting time is relatively short;For in-depth analysis,and continue to explore the different district of Zhengzhou city average commuting time,and respectively from the perspective of different residential areas and employment areas were analyzed,From different area,to high-tech zone zhongyuan district erqi district and the longest average commute time of jinshui district,the district of shortest commuting times,from different areas of employment,to high-tech zone zhengdong new district and erqi district of jinshui district average commuting time,the longest commuting time shortest HuiJi area.Second,the use of Zhengzhou city from 2011 to 2014 jobs – housing ratios(JHR)on the position of living space balance of dynamic and comprehensive analysis,data suggest that three major development zone of Zhengzhou high-tech development zone and zhengdong new district(economic and technological development zone)belong to the employment since built relatively rich area,erqi district and guancheng district concentrated area belongs to live,zhongyuan district HuiJi area and belong to office of jinshui district living relative equilibrium area,and commuting time analysis result has a certain consistency.Finally,analysis of Zhengzhou urban commuter satisfaction and ideal commuting time two subjective intention survey data,only 23.51% of urban residents think very satisfied or satisfied,33.23% of urban residents feel dissatisfied or very dissatisfied,and 85.45% of the ideal urban residents commuting time less than twenty minutes,namely for residence and employment nearly as far as possible,hope can be near the residence nearby employment,points out the residents for the microstructure of the urban space.(2)Zhengzhou city employment-living relationship characteristics influence factors,by extracting eight possible factors influencing the employment-living relationship in Zhengzhou city,the commute Monthly income occupation type education marriage housing types Gender and age characteristics,with the average commuting time as an index,respectively,to analyze its whether impact in Zhengzhou city employment-living relationship,Results proved that the way to the influence of average commuting time is most obvious,which have important effects on Zhengzhou city employment-living close to the rest of the monthly income of professional degree in marital status of housing types Gender and age characteristics,to a certain extent,through the influence caused by the choice of transport of Zhengzhou city residents average commuting time,in this paper,we have on the analysis of calculation,results show that the month of record of formal schooling of income of urban residents has a linear influence normal average commuting time,professional type Marital status of housing types Gender and age characteristics,there are some differences due to the different individual's freedom to choose,but largely in line with expected results.Second,using multiple regression analysis method to continuous screening measure of eight factors,the results prove that way,the contribution rate of record of formal schooling and
