Research On The Development Of Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Based On Ecological Value

In recent years, with the rapid development of human material civilization,resources and the environment has become increasingly prominent, for the industrialization, especially the development of manufacturing, in its production and consumption process of a large number of pollution poses a huge threat on the human living environment poses a huge threat. Based on the current situation of domestic and foreign research, this paper systematically studies the development track of intelligent manufacturing industry from the philosophical perspective of ecological values, and takes the Hefei as the research object, to analyze the development,problems,solutions and measures and so on of Hefei intelligent manufacturing industry under the guidance of the ecological values. The main research contents include the following:Firstly, it analyzes the background and significance of the development of intelligent manufacturing, and expounds the philosophical roots and realistic needs of the development of intelligent manufacturing under the perspective of ecological values. It is concluded that the development of intelligent manufacturing is a solid way of manufacturing green cycle and sustainable development, but also the should be choice to promote the construction of ecological civilization .Secondly, it elaborates the concept of intelligent manufacturing and defines the intelligent manufacturing model based on ecological values, and puts forward the intelligent innovation ecosystem model with intelligent production system as the core,closed loop, feedback regulation and system harmony as the principle.Thirdly, it analyzes the development process of intelligent manufacturing industry at home and abroad from the perspective of ecological values, summarizes the successful practices of foreign developed countries in solving the problems of resources and environment in the development of intelligent manufacturing industry,and provides some suggestions for the development of intelligent manufacturing industry in China.Finally,based on the example of Hefei's provincial capital-Hefei as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Hefei's intelligent manufacturing industry's resource constraints and sustainable development under the guidance of ecological values,and puts forward some suggestions on policy support,industrial agglomeration, technological innovation, talent matching Advocacy and other aspects of industrial policy choices, derived from the development of intelligent manufacturing industry in Hefei should be based on ecological values, from the solution of government resource constraints, social resource constraints, technical resources constraints, ecological resource constraints, etc., striving to build a resource-saving and environmentally friendly industry model, so that make the ecological advantages become the core competitiveness Hefei and even the province.
