With the advent of the industry 4.0 era,China has set off an upsurge of popularize intelligent manufacturing.The concept of “Made in China 2025” was first proposed In December 2014.It is a key action guiding of Chinese government to implement the strategy of quality manufacturing to smart manufacturing in a first decade.Intelligent manufacturing will be an important pathway to turn China become a powerful smart manufacturing country from a only quality manufacturing country.The trade frictions between China and the United States continued to strengthen in 2018,and the developed countries wantonly affected the normal international trade environment.China's domestic economic growth was exhausted,and various factors restrained the normal development of China's manufacturing industry,and the tire industry also suffered an unprecedented test.Despite China's tire production quantity always ranks first in the world for a long time,but the ranking and profit margins of Chinese tire manufacturers continue ranking on the bottom in the ranking of the world tires.This article selects Zhongce Rubber Group Co.Ltd.,which has been established for 60 years since 1958,as a representative of China Tire Manufacturing.(hereinafter referred to as Zhongce Rubber),based on “Intelligent Manufacturing Tire ZC888” project,analyze its all cost during production in its whole life cycle.In the past 60 years,Zhongce Rubber has experienced a series of industry turmoil and market tests,which has successfully entered the top ten of 75 international tire industries at the present time and ranking first in China's domestic tire industry.The sales revenue of Zhongce tires reached 29.3 billion yuan in 2017.The sales revenue is superficial,but the net profit is only about 8 billion yuan,which is inconsistent with the world tire manufacturing giant Michelin.This article choose “intelligent manufacturing tire ZC888 ” project,design this intelligent manufacturing tire from the perspective of product life cycle : design stage,purchasing stage,smart plant stage(manufacture and storage),sales and after-sales feedback stage.The research on the cost control management of the whole life cycle on this project,analyses the internal structure of Zhongce Rubber and find its weaknesses in management,producing,transportation and other aspects,purpose to find problems and solve them,confirm Zhongce Rubber can take good benefits from intelligent manufacturing,perfecting enterprise cost management thoughts and ameliorate enterprise cost effectively,improve and strengthen the competitiveness of the brand of Zhongce Rubber "intelligent manufacturing tires" in the market finally.Taking advantage of intelligent manufacturing to carry out transformation and upgrading,while make the expansion on both “quantity” and “quality” seriously at the same time.Not only better cope with and even avoid “double opposition” and the emergence of investigations or tariff increases caused by capitalist trade protection in the international market as well,also can improve the international recognition and reputation of Chinese brands and enterprises constantly.In the global tire brand,wish we can depend on this project and finally break the current situation of the three giants of tire manufacturing and catch up with world-class brands and get long-term development.
