A Study On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurship,Employment And Economic Growth In China

In the new pattern of the world in twenty-first Century,how to speed up economic growth and enhance economic strength is an urgent need to address the issue of the times.As an important factor to promote economic growth,entrepreneurship is becoming a mainstream of the times.On the one hand,entrepreneurship can promote technological innovation,promote new products,new inventions,so as to promote economic growth;on the other hand,entrepreneurship to perfect the modern market system,the more rational allocation of resources,to enhance the international competitiveness of the whole economy has a very important role.In terms of China's national conditions,China's abundant labor resources,the current and future period,the employment situation is still grim employment,the pressure is still large,the contradiction between labor supply exceeds demand is still very prominent.Promoting individual entrepreneurship is also an important way to alleviate the contradiction of employment and maintain social stability.This paper from the theory combing the connotation of entrepreneurship,economic growth and employment,to clarify the mechanism of action between them;secondly,VAR model is constructed by using the annual macroeconomic data of China from 1995 to 2015,the empirical analysis of the relationship between entrepreneurship,employment and economic growth;finally,according to the VAR model by using impulse response function and variance decomposition to predict future period between the 30 and their role in size.The results showed that: first,entrepreneurship can not only promote economic growth,but also can bring the employment;second,the economic growth lag phase has a positive effect on employment,but the negative effect is two period lag;third,between business and employment is the mutual influence,economic growth and employment and entrepreneurship only one-way the influence of economic growth on employment;fourth,the contribution rate is greater than the contribution rate of entrepreneurship on employment.Therefore,there is a circular relationship between entrepreneurship,economic growth and employment.According to the conclusion,some suggestions are put forward.
