Nowadays,our country is in the "middle income trap" stage.Factor increasing and advantage of backwardness cannot promote economic growth of China.The only innovation is the one way which must be passed of our country's development,but entrepreneurship is the innovation's carrier,so entrepreneurship is essential for economic development.Under the background of public entrepreneurship and Mass innovation that Premier Li Keqiang proposed,researching entrepreneurship is of great practical significance to impact on China's economic growth,and it has very important theoretical role in promoting the development of our future.Based on the current situation and trend of entrepreneurial activities in China,and the theory of entrepreneurship and economic growth,this paper analyzes the factors affecting entrepreneurial activities.Based on the perspective of Joseph Schumpeter's economic growth theory,new growth theory and resource allocation,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of entrepreneurship on economic growth in China.Correlation analysis is used to analyze the relationship between entrepreneurship and economic growth in china,and empirical study proves that entrepreneurship has a positive effect on economic growth,but it has obvious lag effect.Finally,according to the factors affecting entrepreneurship and the results of empirical research,the paper puts forward the corresponding policies and recommendations for the development of entrepreneurship in China,such as improving our entrepreneurial support policies,optimizing the financing environment for entrepreneurship,strengthening entrepreneurship education,improving entrepreneurial services,creating entrepreneurial culture atmosphere,and so on.
