The Study Of Agriculture Efficiency In Jiangxi Province Based On SE-DEA And Windows Analysis

This text takes efficiency of agricultural economic into consideration.Super efficiency DEA Windows analysis,Malmquist TFP Index,and analysis of Returns to Scale are used to evaluate agricultural productivity of Jiangxi province from year 2009 to 2015 in this paper.Then based on Tobit model,the paper analyzes the influences of other agriculture factors.The empirical results show that: 1)Agricultural input-output performance of Fuzhou,Yingtan,was relatively optimal;2)Being not at the same step of the change between technological and technical efficiency is the main factor related to the changes of agriculture efficiency in Jiangxi Province;3)Some area such as Jiujiang,Ji'an is at a stage of scale decreasing.So it's insisted that measures should be different in different area in Jiangxi.It's important to pay more attention to agriculture research in higher efficiency area and changing the growth mode in lower efficiency area,which will be helpful for efficiency promoting and pure income increasing.Finally,the paper summarizes the results of comprehensive evaluation,regression analysis and natural geography of Jiangxi Province,some corresponding policy is put forward.It's insist that some effective ways can be used to improve the efficiency of agriculture,such as increasing the farmers' income by various channels,encouraging company to participate in the establishment of farmer's professional cooperatives,developing regional special agricultural products,expanding the sales channels of agricultural crops,encouraging rural tourism and so on.
