Study On Agricultural Production Efficiency In Hebei Province

Agriculture is the lifeblood of China's national economy.As one of the major agricultural provinces in Hebei,the improvement of agricultural production efficiency has an important impact on the country's economic and social development.In the research of agricultural production efficiency in Hebei Province,this paper mainly selects the agricultural development statistics of 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province from 2007 to 2017.The super-efficiency DEA model,relaxation analysis,Malmquist index model and Tobit regression analysis were used to analyze the agricultural development status,spatial characteristics and influencing factors of Hebei Province.The results show that the variation trend of agricultural production efficiency in different prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province from 2007 to 2017 is quite different.The average efficiency of Shijiazhuang ranks first,and the rising trend of Qinhuangdao is the most obvious.North area is higher than south.In 2017,there were only three prefecture-level cities without slack,and the input of agricultural production materials was redundant.Total factor productivity is on the rise,and technological advances in the decomposition of the Malmquist index have the greatest impact on agricultural production efficiency in Hebei.The analysis of influencing factors found that the effective irrigation rate,investment in agricultural urban construction projects,and the total power of agricultural machinery played a positive role in the technological efficiency of agricultural production in Hebei Province.Make recommendations based on this.Increase investment in agricultural science and technology,increase the agricultural science and technology content and modernization level in Hebei Province,and emphasize breakthroughs in key agricultural technologies.Strengthen cooperation with advanced agricultural regions and give play to their geographical advantages,especially in the central region where technological progress is relatively backward.Guarantee the quality and quantity of rural labor force,and provide human resources support for rural revitalization.Promote the large-scale modernization of rural operations.Increase investment in agricultural infrastructure construction and motivate agricultural practitioners.Give play to the role of space,optimize transportation facilities,reduce trade costs.Coordinated development and narrowing the gap between North and South agricultural production efficiency in the province.
