From at home and abroad about the competitive advantage and customer value research,related research has been relatively complete,but from the whole,more research but often macro level perspective based on study,at the same time in the real estate industry or on a specific housing prices is relatively small,because the research on the macro a lot of research perspective,more often is from the general point of view on how to build customer value process and basic method based on competitive advantage.While the real estate industry has its own particularity,so certain,here we choose the FT company in Chongqing,is more hope for a specific housing prices in the real estate industry,find out how to start with the basic ideas and practices to build the enterprise's competitive advantage based on customer value.I hope my research can be a valuable,can to some extent make up for us at this stage of the real estate industry,customer value and competitive advantage of enterprises with real estate research.FT company is found at 2008 in Chognqing,which has get some achievement in real estate,It draws up its strategy at 2015: keep ahead in Chongqing real estate in the5-10 years.In this paper,based on the existing domestic and foreign customer value theory and the theory of competitive advantage on the basis of the FT company in Chongqing,in-depth research,analysis of the basic problems existing in FT company,help the company to more clearly identify customer needs,according to the real customer value constitution to help FT company to create customer value,accurate positioning and target model.On this basis,identify the mining company's competitive advantage by customer expectations,let the company in the grasp of their core resources on the basis of effective cooperation,the use of their own advantages to create customer value,promote the company to strengthen and enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises,to achieve sustainable development in the future,by also hope that through the study of FT can realize the development of enterprises to the real estate industry also has a certain practical significance.
