Study On Cross-region Cooperation In Ethnic Cultural Tourism Development

With further economic growth,the regional cooperation has become an effective way to achieve fast growth for regional economy and has posed urgent demand for those borders especially those with cross administrative areas.Consequently it has become a trend to ensure regional balanced development.However,the current crossregion cooperation has met its bottleneck and struggled for survive,especially those poverty-stricken areas.This paper mainly focuses on how to achieve cross-region cooperation in ethnic cultural tourism and takes as an exam Wuling mountain area,one of poverty stricken and concentrated areas in the nationwide in order to provide reference for regions with similar conditions to seek further development.Firstly,this paper makes an analysis of the present situation and problems existing in the ethnic cultural tourism development in Wuling mountain areas.Then,it makes detailed case analysis of Yelang civilization affiliated to Hunan or Guizhou province and case analysis of "disintegrated" development of the current culture tourism of Tujia ethnicity.Thus it is easy to see the bad effect due to a lack of regional cooperation and great advantages of adopting regional cooperation to handle problems.Next,this paper analyzes favorable conditions and motives to achieve regional cooperation in ethnical cultural tourism in Wuling mountain area and makes a conclusion of the possibility of realizing regional cooperation.Finally,based on the current development and cases ananlysis as well as the local conditions of Wuling mountain area,this paper adopts regional cooperation theory and resources integration theory to find ways to have cross region cooperation in terms of ethnical culture tourism development,namely the network comprehensive handling system of multidimensional integration,characterized by government,enterp rises and social organizations as the main bodies.
