| With the background of economic globalization and regional integration, making the full use of geographic advantages to strengthen the integration of regional tourism and create the more competitive tourism core area, which has become innovative initiatives in coping with the competition to the countries and regions all over the world. Domestic and foreign scholars has been carried out and gained achievement on the study of regional tourism integration with the development of regional tourism integration. but the present research concentrated on the macro-regional tourism integration, lacking of a comprehensive, multi-angle, deep-level research on tourism integration to specific intra-regional.In this study, we had a comprehensive investigation and analyze on the tourism of Wuling Mountain Area of Hubei province which was becoming a popular touristic spot. First of all, we use the qualitative and quantitative methods to analysis development of tourism in Wuling Mountain. Overall, the tourism of Hubei Wuling Mountain has stepped into a stage of rapid development.The tourism industry has gradually become the pillar industry to drive economic growth, and make a positive contribution to promoting regional economic. But there are significant regional differences among different areas in Wuling Mountain. The level of tourism development in Badong County, Enshi City, and Lichuan County is much higher than other counties. There also exist some problems in the process of tourism development. Due to lack of co-ordination of development between cities and counties, there is malicious competition and low-level redundant construction of touristic attractions in the process of tourism development, which leads to weak the comprehensive competitiveness of the regional tourism in Wuling Mountain Area.Secondly, the factors the tourism integration of the Hubei Wuling Mountains regional were analyzed by support conditions of tourism development, tourism resources, travel channels and travel market. Regional context and policy environment are the foundation of regional integration of Hubei Wuling Mountains. Diverse styles, high-profile, highly complementary tourism resources are the basis to achieve regional integration. Increasingly tourist traffic and information channel are the premise of regional integration. Growing domestic and international tourism market is the power of regional integration.Thirdly, explicating the necessary for integration and consolidation goal of regional tourism, to build the pattern of tourism development in space which is "one core, three axes, two plates and the top ten high-quality tourist areas". Integrally develop sighting tourism, eco-leisure tourism, culture tourism and special tourism products and design many cross-regional tourist routes. Generally orientate the internal tourism market of Wuling Mountain Area from the inbound and domestic market.
