Research On The Mechanism Of Influencing Factors Of Community Participation In Rural Tourism

Rural tourism is an important issue in rural development.The development of rural tourism plays a huge role in the adjustment of the rural economic structure,improvement of the living environment of community residents,and increasing the employment opportunities.However,there are serious problems in the actual development process,such as uneven distribution of benefits,excessive using of resources,environmental health damage,in particular,some areas have the tendency of "the flying the ground turn" in rural tourism business activities.Community residents become the main undertakers of the negative impact of the development of rural tourism,the interests of community residents can not be guaranteed.Therefore,the community residents must be included in the development of rural tourism,we should guide the community residents to participate in rural tourism effectively and reasonably,and pay attention to the interests,the aspirations and expectations of the of community residents,so that we can build a relatively harmonious participation environment.Community reside nts taking the initiative to participate in rural tourism has become a positive force in the development of the community,and promotes the sustainable and healthy development of rural tourism.There are many factors that influencing the community residents to participate in rural tourism,mainly economic factors,social factors,and cultural factors.From the perspective of community perception,this paper constructs the mechanism of the influencing factors in participation in rural tourism,to study the effect of influencing factors on the participation of rural tourism,so as to improve the rural tourism community participation basis,to promote rural tourism sustained and healthy development.So as to improve the rural tourism community participation,and promote rural tourism to develop sustainly and healthlyThis paper analyzes the theory of community integration,social capital theory and sustainable development theory.From the perspective of community residents' perception,through the study of the relationship between three factors(cognition of tourism development,social capital,and perceived government support)and attitudes of participation of tourism,the relationship between five factors(cognition of tourism development,social capital,perceived government support,attitudes of participation of tourism,and participation ability)and community participation,this paper constructs the mechanism of the influencing factors in participation in rural tourism,then put forward eight hypotheses,des ign the influencing factors,community participation evaluation scale.Through the questionnaire survey to obtain the relevant data,this paper uses SPSS23.0 software,AMOS21.0 software to analyze the data,verifies the model and assumptions,the eight ass umptions are established,the social capital,perceived government support,and cognition of tourism development has impact on attitudes of participation of tourism,cognition of tourism development,social capital,and perceived government support has impact on community participation,attitudes of participation of tourism,and participation ability has impact on community participation,attitudes of participation of tourism have a mediating role in the relationship between cognition of tourism development and community participation,social capital and community participation,perceived government support and community participation and community participation.Finally,on the basis of the results of the hypothesis test,the relationship between the influencing factors and community participation,and the mechanism of the interaction of the influencing factors and community participation are explored,this paper makes recommendations from six aspects,namely from cultivating the social capital,increasing t he government support,widening the residents' participation,strengthening the residents' participation ability,cultivating residents positive attitude and strengthening the promotion of rural tourism.
