Research On Rural Tourism Community Participation And Development In Xinjii Village

With the accelerated development of urbanization and industrialization in China,the pace of life of residents is also accelerating.More and more tourists choose rural areas which are far away from the hustle and bustle of cities and close to nature as their tourist destinations.Rural tourism has gradually been widely favored by people,showing a good development trend.However,with the expansion of the scale of rural tourism,tourism ecology unbalanced development,lead to tourism destination community residents interests cannot be achieved in the process of development of rural tourism,how to make tourism destination community participation in rural tourism development,and realize the common development and tourism industry experts and scholars have made many discuss and focus on a hot topic.Xinjii village is located in minggang town,xinyang city,under the support of preferential policies at all levels,constantly improve the construction of infrastructure and supporting facilities,won the national "beautiful livable village" and other titles,rural tourism construction and development has achieved obvious results.Taking Xinjii village as the research object,this paper starts with the general situation of rural tourism development in Xinjii village,introduces the development course of rural tourism in Xinjii village,and expounds the current situation of rural tourism development in Xinjii village.From the Angle of the community residents,visitors and management personnel,understanding of the current situation of the development of rural community residents to participate in tourism and perception of questionnaire survey,through the establishment of evaluation model,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),determine the various factors to influence the size of the community residents to participate in rural tourism development,find out the problems existing in rural tourism community participation in Xinjii village,village community residents to participate in the subjective initiative of the Xinjii,community participation management mechanism is not sound,lack of effective self-management and autonomous organizations,in the role of community participation in tourism management personnel.Finally,based on community participation in Xinjii village rural tourism development of specific countermeasures,including increases the power of further strengthening the Xinjii village community,community residents toparticipate in the management mechanism should be established in order to improve the level of rural governance,strengthen the government management and guidance,to ensure that the community participation in rural tourism development smoothly,can directly or indirectly,benefit from the development of rural tourism,to effectively promote Xinjii village to provide the reference for the development of rural tourism community participation.
