The Research On Naval Architecture And Ocean Engineering Operation Management System

The operation management is a very important part in the project management of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. And the operation management system is a collection of technical methods, including price management, contract management, after-sales service management and full-life insurance management. A mature and effective operation management system is the key to ensure the quality of production and the reduction of the producing cost for naval architecture and marine engineering enterprises. However, there is little research on the naval architecture and marine engineering management system. Most of enterprises urgently need effective management system to ensure the quality of production,but stop moving forward due to the lack of information technology and theoretical systems. In order to solve the problems above, this paper studied the key technology of naval architecture and marine engineering operation management, designed and developed the prototype system based on the key technological achievements . This research is beneficial to the scientification and standardization of the naval architecture and marine engineering operation management in our country.First of all, this paper analyzed the current situation of domestic and foreign research on the Operation Management Theory and the application of operation management systems.and then, studied the applicability of Operation Management Theory on the naval architecture and marine engineering. The construction of naval architecture and marine engineering management system and the design of the overall structure. We studied the system modeling techniques of ARIS and UML, established the model of naval architecture and marine engineering operation management system. Contrapose the access control problem of contract management of naval architecture and marine engineering, we used PDC A theory to optimize contract management process and set up the framework of contract management module with access control. And we achieved the graded management of access to the contract based on the studying the RBAC access control strategy. Finally, we used the development framework of Spring and B/S structure to design the architecture of naval architecture and marine engineering operation management system, then, developed and implemented a prototype system based on Java language and ORACLE database. The validity and feasibility of the operation management system is verified.
