A Study On The Construction Strategy Of The Terminal-based Resources In Response To Broadband China Strategy

With the implementation of broadband China strategy,the importance of the basic network construction has become increasingly prominent.At the same time the major operators accelerate to transfer to FSAN(full service access network)that mainly to the wireless-business.Then the scale of the terminal-based resources increasing largely which results the demand for construction becomes bigger.As the complete focus of the major operators,the investment of the terminal-based resources increases with the construction model and the construction strategy are terrible.Lots of point,wide area and many invalid resources constitute the difficulty of network evaluation which is also the disadvantages of the network performance.Sorting out the construction model and the construction strategy of the terminal basic resources is very important.Which is beneficial to the operators to find the construction focus of the network,to unified the construction model and the construction strategy for increasing the efficiency of the investment.In this thesis,the development process of the cable broadband and the thoughts about the development of CMCC for home,government and enterprises network has been analyzed.The summarizes and the recommendations for integrated-business and PON network are discussed based on the idea of construction and the development.The government and enterprises service,the home network and the integrated-business service have been study specific.Suitable countermeasures and implementation principles have been put forward for different situations,especially made plans for the eight typical situations.The cable planning program is proposed for integrated-business service and validate the reasonable with specific examples.Then shows the result with different forms.Depends on the development goals of the cable broadband,we sort the terminal-based resources and the distribution of the customer,defined the standards and the strategies under different situations.The research of this paper can be an important guiding role in the existing wired bandwidth network,which can streamline the planning process for the operators,can increase the effectiveness in investment and the reasonable allocation of resources,can improve the network performance and user experience and bring huge economic and social value.
