Since reform and opening up,with high speed growth of economy in our country,deepening of the system,the rapid development of urbanization and marketization,there is a major increase in everyone's income,which contributes to real estate boom in recent years.This lays good foundation and provides more chances for the rapid development of the small and medium-sized building materials' enterprises.While,with the market maturing,qualitative changes have occurred to the competition among enterprises.How to make an appropriate market strategy to maintain more competitive advantages is what the current enterprises need to consider.Mainly taking marketing as basic method,utilizes relative theory synthetically,such as human resource management and strategic management,this article takes A company as an example to analyze plight of marketing for current small and medium-sized building materials decoration enterprises,and to analyze the internal and external environment of these enterprises.By considering the long-term development,it utilizes the method of liking theory with practice,and takes PEST analysis,SWOT analysis,the porter's Five Forces Model to deeply analyze the condition of building decoration market and characteristics of small building decoration enterprises,aiming to find out various problems existing in the marketing for A company.Also,it can determine target market based on the characteristics of SMEs,and then formulates a plan for marketing strategy of A company by STP marketing strategy,marketing mix strategy,and marketing strategy guarantee.Marketing strategy changes with the times change,and it is a systematic and complicated project,which need to be improved in the process of implementation.
