As a special commodity,drugs are related to people's health and life safety,which makes drug sales different from other commodity sales.With the deepening of China's medical reform and the influence of many factors,the market environment faced by pharmaceutical manufacturers is undergoing tremendous changes,which also puts forward new requirements for the sales of pharmaceutical manufacturers.How to better adapt to market changes,lock in the target market of products and effectively meet the needs of patients has become an urgent problem to be solved in the sales process of pharmaceutical manufacturers.The problem.JSHR Company is an important pharmaceutical manufacturer in China.It has a very strong influence in the industry.The product of Apa produced by JSHR Company has a very obvious advantage in the same kind of drugs in China.However,from the marketing strategy of Apa products of JSHR Company,there are still some problems.These problems not only restrict the sale of Apa products of JSHR Company in the market to a large extent.It also affects the competitiveness of Apa products in similar products to a certain extent.At the same time,because of the problems of JSHR's sales strategy,doctors and patients can not have a good understanding of JSHR's Apa products,and can not use Apa products very well,resulting in the people's health and life safety can not be guaranteed to the greatest extent.This paper takes the Liaoning marketing of Apa products of JSHR Company as an example,by analyzing the current situation of Apa product marketing of JSHR Company,analyses the problems and shortcomings of the target marketing strategy of Apa products of JSHR Company,and on the basis of analyzing the internal and external environment of JSHR Company,through SWOT model,puts forward the formulation measures and safeguard measures of Apa product marketing strategy of JSHR Company,hoping that To a certain extent,it can provide relevant theoretical support and practical guidance for JSHR Apa products in Liaoning Province to better carry out marketing in the target market.
