Research On The Current Situation,problems And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Science And Technology Extension Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives

With the improvement of the degree of agricultural marketization,farmers' professional cooperatives in China have developed rapidly,the number has been increasing,the scale has been expanded,and even with a certain economic strength,its internal management system has been gradually established.The intensity of agricultural science and technology promotion was also strengthened.Aspects of invigorating the rural economy,increasing the income of farmers and other aspects of the role is very significant,bringing new vitality to the rural economy and agricultural development.However,this new product emerged in the process of agricultural development and reform is subject to various external and internal conditions.Nowadays,the farmers' professional cooperatives have not fully exerted their advantages and functions and there are some difficulties and problems in the process of development.This paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural science and technology popularization and some problems in the development of agricultural cooperatives in Hangzhou of Zhejiang Province.Combining the advanced theories and practical experiences of America,France,Japan,Germany,Beijing,Zhejiang Hangzhou and other countries,the solving measures were put forword based on these advanced theory and practical experience.It will also promote the construction and development of agricultural science and technology popularization in Hangzhou and Zhejiang as well as provide a series of theoretical basis and practical guidance for the construction and development of farmers' professional cooperatives to the agricultural science and technology departments,agricultural government departments,agriculture and forestry universities and relevant organizations and personnel of relevant agriculture.Based on the above analysis and research,this paper puts forward six suggestions for agricultural science and technology popularization of farmer specialized cooperatives in Hangzhou: strengthen the cultivation of agricultural extension talents;provide strong human resources for agricultural science and technology popularization;strengthen the government's macro-management;Strengthen the supportive policies;increase support and promote the development of agricultural science and technology;broaden the channels of funds to solve the development of agricultural science and technology cooperative funds to solve the problem;tostrengthen the development of agricultural science and technology;to strengthen the development of agricultural science and technology;E-commerce promotion model,innovative products and services model.It is hoped that the above six countermeasures can provide valuable reference for the further development of agricultural science and technology popularization in Hangzhou area farmers' cooperatives.
