The Study On Financial Support To Household Farm Development Of Fuyang District

As a new agricultural production method and one of the important organization forms to promote the development of agriculture,household farms received wide concerns and approvals after being proposed by the No.1 document from the national central government in 2013.It started late in Fuyang district with a rapid growth and a brilliant prospect,however,there are a lot of difficulties and problems for the household farms at the early developmental stage,esp.finance support,which is in great demands.The current finance support and service system cannot meet the develop need of household farms and thus a new health and sound finance support system should be established.Based on the investigation of 45 household farms in Fuyang District,the author of this paper carries an analysis of supporting finance system of current household farm development by field investigation and quantitative and qualitative evaluation.Meanwhile,a clarify the definition of finance support,finance supply and demands and the construction of rural finance system theories will be made and combined with the special foreign experiences of household farm development,it will conduct an analysis of overall current development,finance support and its insufficiencies.Thus,some counter measures will be suggested.The main conclusion goes as following;(1)Finance support,the main power which upgrades the household farms and modern agriculture,has its special traits for the household farms demands and supply.The paper will analyze the finance support of household farms mainly from the government policy,bank loans and agricultural insurance.(2)Through the current situation analysis of household farms and finance support in Fuyang District,some insufficiencies will be detected in the development of Fuyang household farms,such as,absence service of government policy,backward bank loan system and insurance agricultural insurance.(3)Aiming at the problems of current finance of household farms in Fuyang District,the author will propose some countermeasures and the suggestion for the sound finance support with the help of foreign experiences of household farm development including sound credit guarantee system,financing channel,perfect agricultural insurance system,“bank +insurance”,“internet +”and other new patterns and to raise the comprehensive quality of household farms management.
