Research On The Financial Risk Control Mechanism Of DaSheng Petrochemical Corporation

Dasheng Petrochemical Industries Co is one of the private capital who comes to the petrochemical industry early.The company develop rapidly in recent years,but the financial risk awareness of it is not strong.how to prevent and respond to financial risks in the complex market competition,has been a realistic and serious problem in front of enterprise managers.In view of this situation,this paper take Dasheng private Petrochemical Industries Co as the research object,and use literature research,field research and other research methods to analyze the financial situation and risk of this company,from four aspects of profit ability,solvency,operation ability and development ability analysis.It is found that the current financial risk of Dasheng Petrochemical Industries Co is mainly due to the low cost,low rate of assets and liabilities,lack of management ability and other reasons.The reasons of those problems are mainly manifested in three aspects: the unstrict internal control system,the lack of early warning of financial risk management;the poor recovery of accounts receivable and uncomplete inventory management mechanism.With the help of the financial risk control theory,comprehensive risk control theory and internal control theory,this study designed an effective financial risk early warning model which is of high accuracy and wide applicability for Dasheng Petrochemical Industries Co.,and then puts forward the financial risk control strategy for this company.The financial risk control strategy includes the establishment of the linkage mechanism,risk management of construction,risk management of internal environment,strengthen risk prevention and quality of construction personnel improvement.The paper puts forward the risk control early warning model and the specific risk control measures,which has certain value for Dasheng Petrochemical Industries Co to control financial risks effectively and improve market competitiveness.
