HSRY Private Enterprise Financial Risk Management And Control Research

Financial risk is one of the important risks exist in the private enterprises,more than 80%of the failures of private enterprises are derived from the financial risk getting out of control.Along with the economic development into the new normal,economy presents the development trend of "L" type,the operating pressure and the pressure of competition to the private enterprise are continuously increasing,private enterprise financial risk is highlighted in this case.This article choose private enterprise financial risk control through the research of this subject to HSRY companies as the research object,the company was currently facing a huge financial crisis,and reflected the company's financial risk control level is low.The author combined the knowledge of management,finance,economics and other disciplines,based on the theory of risk management,the integrated use of literature research,case studies,quantitative analysis and other methods,based on "to ask questions,analyze and solve problems," the research idea,helping the company to effectively identify the financial risk,financial risk forecast and preferably verify the result of financial risk analysis,and put forwards the suggestion of HSRY company's financial risk prevention and control,and provide some references for others private enterprises to avid most of financial risks.In addition,through the study of this article,can provide more guidance of private enterprise financial risk control strategies research,so as to discover the financial risk,and effectively avoid and control,for the private enterprise financial management level of ascension also has important practical significance.For this paper is the introduction part.This chapter discussed the research background and meaning,leaded to the focus of the thesis,the importance of this paper,we studied and explored the writing methods and writing ideas,clarify the basic logic line of the article,and the research contents in the basic framework and research innovation.Then the secondchapter get into the definition and theoretical foundation part,mainly using the method of literature review,this chapter carding scholars both research basis,such as the core of private enterprises,financial risk concept,theory of financial risk control,in-depth studies are derive from theory guiding idea of this writing.In this paper,from the perspective of private enterprises,in the third chapter,take HSRY company as an example,a comprehensive systematic research and analysis private enterprise financial risk identification method,based on HSRY company debt paying ability,profit ability,operation ability and cash flow and other financial ability analysis,identify the potential financial risk,and find its root.In chapter 4,the financial risk of HSRY company was predicted and analyzed by using the z-score five-variable model of Alman,and the results of the financial risk identification of HSRY company are further verified.Finally,the fifth chapter combined the above financial risk identification and forecast results,and put forward control and control Suggestions on the financial risks of Chinese private enterprises from four aspects: financial management,investment,financing and operation.Through this article analysis and research,we found HSRY company is like a mirror of the Chinese private enterprises,in the "great leap forward" type of industry layout,due to careless investment decisions,leaded to the dilemma facing the capital chain rupture,also had a warning effect on private enterprises in China.
