Guizhou Foreign Trade Commodity Structure Optimization Research

Since China’s accession to the World Trade Organization,there is rapid development for China’s import and export trade,both trade scaleandexternal trade structure have made considerable development,and the rapid development of external trade has become the main push force for development of China’s socialist market economy.Until December of 2015,China’s total import and export of external trade has reached 4 trillion USD dollars.However,there are also many problems behind the considerableChina’s import and export tradescale.For example,export commodities are so concentrated in labor-intensive products,external trade structure is not optimized,external trade commodity structure is not reasonable and so on.Nowadays,in order to occupy a favorable position in the new international division of labor,China must adjust its industrial structure as soon as possible,cultivate its competitive advantage,and adjust and optimize the import and export commodity structure as much as possible.The same to Guizhou,although during2010-2015,the total external tradeshows a rising trend year by year,the quality of external trade development,especially external trade commodity structure needs to be optimized.From the perspective ofoptimization of commodity structure of Guizhou,this paper focuses on the present situation and the trajectory of the import and export of commodity trade in Guizhou from 2010 to 2015.By constructing the input-output model,utilizingthe input and output table of Guizhou at 2012,to construct the amendatoryoutput coefficient of the industrial sector and the influence coefficient of the industrial sector,and calculate the influence and driving force of the export industry department and the import industry sector in Guizhou.Based on the empirical test results,to analysis the reality of the rationality of Guizhouexternal commodity structure.According to the above empirical analysis of Guizhou external trade commodity structure,put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestionsfinally,in order to guide Guizhou to optimize its own external trade commodity structureas much as possible.Considering that Guizhou government should give policy tilt to the pillar industry.Specifically,to the import departmentof bottleneck industry,which restrict Guizhou’s entire national economic development,it should strengthen support efforts as much as possible to maximize support for the pillar industry sector exports,while develop and upgrade of external trade commodity structure of Guizhou by means of actively introducing external cutting-edge technology and technology,speeding up the process of imitative innovation and self-dependent innovation,transforming the economic development mode in better ways and so on.Through this stud,it is found that the structure of imported goods of Guizhou is significantly better than the export commodity structure,there is still great development space in Guizhou external trade structure adjustment and optimization of goods,Guizhou shouldadjust as soon as possible to optimize and upgradeits external trade commodity structurewith the aid of opportunity of developing inland open economic zone,to promote the development of its entire national economy.
