| As a big trade province,Guangdong province has faced a bottleneck in foreign trade development in recent years due to the severe forging trade situation and the increasing trade frictions.The CPC Central Committee and the State Council put forward that,we should focus on promoting the reform of foreign trade supply side,go all out to do a good job in the new normal trade work,and strive to complete the steady growth and structural objectives and tasks.Promote the steady growth of foreign trade,make sure that our trade structural is "excellent and excellent".In addition,Guangdong Province,the current high incidence of trade friction has become a "new normal",the increasing trade friction is the bottlenecks for foreign trade development.It is urgent to change the mode of foreign trade growth,improve the quality of trade development and enhance the capacity of foreign trade sustainable development.To this end,this paper attempts to explore the pulling force of Guangdong’s export structure from the perspective of industrial association,and pay attention to the "quantity" and “quality” growth of trade,which is a powerful exploration of the structural reform of foreign trade supply sideThe structure of export commodities depends on the industrial structure in the national economy,and the industrial structure reflects the structure of export commodities.Both have a "mirror" and "original image" relationship.(Yuan Xin)Thus,this paper uses the input-output model,this model can link the export commodity structure and industrial.With the revised influence coefficient,this paper constructs an index to measure the structure of export commodity structure in Guangdong Province from 2002 to 2012.Finally,this paper pointed out the way to improve the export commodity structure.Through the analysis and comparison,the following conclusions are drawn:First,according to the total output and value-added measures,the pulling force of export commodities in Guangdong Province decline slowly.From the value-added measures,the pulling force of export structure decline faster.Second,the rationality value of the export commodity structure based on the added value measure is much lower than that of the export commodity structure based on the total output.It can be seen that the export commodity structure has a weak effect on the added value.Thirdly,the disagreement between the ranking of the influence coefficient of the industrial sector and the proportion of the export commodities is the main reason for the low pulling force of the export commodity structure to the industry.Based on the total output measure,Guangdong pillar industry,although concentrated in the manufacturing sector,but with the export commodity structure does not match one by one.Based on the added value measure,the pillar industry in Guangdong Province is mostly in the service industry,such as real estate,education,public management,etc.,Fourth,the export of leading industries in Guangdong Province in the production process of imports of intermediate goods is the important fator that led the value-added export commodity structure pulling force lower.Among them,the electronic information industry on the import of intermediate goods is relatively high,and there is a rising trend.At the same time,the electronic information industry is also the most dependent on the industry,the production of various industrial sectors need electronic information industry as a secondary product support.If the technology can be independent innovation,using domestic intermediate goods instead of importing intermediate goods,it will improved the exports Commodity structure rationality value. |
