With the globalization of the economy and the national economy going into the new normal, the general high-profit market of real estate industry is over as the pillar industry of the and enterprise competition environment is increasingly tense. To survive and develop, Real estate enterprises mus enhance all aspects of management capacity, and one aspect is to enhance the ability of suppliers introduction. However,the overall level of the real estate enterprise suppliers introducing is not high enough.Some problems such as "what is good supplier introduction?" "How to optimization strategy ?" "How to establish a good introduce management system?"confused with enterprises. The key to solve the puzzles is to establish a set of logical and distinct evaluation index system. A supplier evaluation index system is constructed including the aspect of the results and potential impact level. Results aspect is results indicators, including overall satisfaction, ratio witch evaluation is not lower after the trial, and temporary newly introduced ratio. Potential impact aspect is refers to the management process indicators and activities quality indicators.Management process indicators includes top importance, organization setting,personnel quality and quality indicators includes comprehensive, effectiveness,initiative and timeliness. Fitting result of structural equation model shows that the structure of evaluation index system is logical and reasonable level. Using the composite index supplier introduction level of the top 15 real estate enterprises is sorted and results show that the level in not high and there is a gap between large enterprises. And the optimization strategy is to improve the top importance firstly,strengthen the organization setting, to enhance the quality department personnel and to improve the quality of evaluation finally.
