The Research On Supplier Evaluation In Procurement Process Of Guohua Taicang Power Plant

Supplier is the source of enterprise procurement and supplier development plays an important role to the survival of the enterprise, excellent suppliers production material directly affect the enterprise's product cost and quality, it can reduce the purchase cost, arrive the propose of reducing the total cost, and maximizing profit. The most important is the electric power enterprise not only need to reduce costs, ensure product quality, and the enterprise security requirement of electric power enterprise is very high, so it need to more strictly select suppliers to obtain raw materials that meet safety requirements in the process of material purchasing. The high quality material form Excellent supplier not only can bring economic benefits for the electric power enterprise, but also enhance the core competition of the electric power enterprise in the maximum extent. If the power companies choose the work of the supplier is good enough, it will be able to bring direct second profit source for power companies, but also can greatly improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.In the research process of this paper, the author elaborated some theory like the supply chain management, supplier management and supplier management theory of under the supply chain, and the current supplier evaluation method, evaluation mechanism are also discussed, then according to the above theory and the actual situation of taicang power plant, guohua taicang power plant are analyzed and the relationship between the supplier and current supplier selection mechanism, finally using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the supplier evaluation mechanism, supplier evaluation and selection of taicang power plant. The innovation is that the paper combine the ideal and characteristics of AHP with the reality of guohua taicang power plant in the base of analyzing a series of questions like the classification is not scientific, and the evaluation process is not objective. The first is Determine the criterion of the evaluation index layer, it can be divided into six evaluation criterion, thus subdividing criterion layer which is divided into 15 evaluation index. Through the criterion of refinement to enhance the accuracy of the evaluation results. The general electric power enterprises in China can get demonstration effect from the research and analysis in this paper, it can effectively promote the enterprise to reduce procurement costs, provide product profit, ensure the quality of products.
