As the core of modern enterprise management and human resource management component of the construction of compensation system,has an important significance to promote the sustainable development of enterprises,maintain the market competitive advantage.In the process of restructuring state-owned enterprises,changing the management mode of the enterprise,so it is necessary to pay system to adapt to.The Nanjing Lightlndustrial Machinery Packing Machinery Co.,Ltd as the research object,analyzes the state-owned enterprises in the transformation process of compensation system optimization problems,and puts forward the enterprise to modem enterprise management system reform in the optimization of the salary system of the preliminary scheme.This paper first combed the enterprise compensation management and system theory.Then introduced the current development of Nanjing Lightlndustrial machinery packaging machinery company,each department organizational structure and corporate human resources situation;then,the analysis,the current implementation of the compensation system.On this basis,through the questionnaire,investigation company on-the-job employees of salary satisfaction,analyzes the internal and external factors,personal factors of compensation satisfaction effect,combined with the actual situation of the enterprise operation and management,this paper presents company prior to the implementation of salary management system existing problems,and from the aspects of fairmess,transparency,communication mechanism and the welfare type on the existing problems of the inductive analysis.Company compensation system optimization design is proposed in the fourth part of this paper.Firstly,it discusses the principle of optimization design,and then from the company job analysis,job evaluation,employee salary structure and employee salary grading four aspects of system optimization,finally proposed that compensation of employees in the company's different types of optimization scheme.In the last part of this paper,aiming at the problems of Nanjing Lightlndustrial machinery packaging machinery company compensation system in the operation,from the establishment of propaganda and training,communication mechanism,new and old employees pay the balance of the three aspects proposed the operation,supervision and implementation of supporting measures.The conclusion of this study and the deficiency in the sixth chapter report.In this paper,the optimization of the Nanjing Lightlndustrial machinery packaging machinery company's actual situation and the pay system actual to carry on the thorough analysis and the transformation of state-owned enterprise salary management has certain reference significance.
