| With economic development and global market integration,people have been continuously expressing more requirements on reliability,security and other aspects of product quality,as well as an increasing demand for testing market.At the same time,the continuous deepening reform of government organizations in our country,the increasing opening of testing market to the outside world,foreign inspection agencies sweeping into the domestic market,mutual penetration in domestic testing institutions of all kinds of industries,and the even more obvious trend of state detection institutions becoming independent from government while turning to the market,all of which have made survival and development become an important problem that quality inspection institutions are facing with.Based on the foundation of theory of strategic management and competitive strategy,this paper carries on research on development strategy of state-owned S quality inspection center.First,through analysis of macro environment PEST and five forces model of industry environment,combining with case analysis of three different types of brand quality inspection organization,the external environment of S quality inspection center is studied.Second,with regard to the internal environment of S quality inspection center,interviews and questionnaire survey method are adopted to analyze and summarize problems existing in the development process of S quality inspection center,and draw the SWOT analysis conclusion.Then,based on the analysis,professional development strategy is made for the current status of S quality inspection center,which puts forward corresponding specialization strategies mainly from three aspects as technology,service,and brand,also including suggestions to strategic implementation and control.Analysis result: Under the increasingly fierce competition in the market,state detection institutions are facing huge competition and deepening reform pressure.Focusing on its own superior resources,segmenting professional market,providing service to meet target customers’ requirements,seeking new competition advantage and increasing market share,gradually forming its own core competitiveness to ascend to the leader in locks security professional testing field is the suitable strategic choice for development of state-owned quality inspection center S.To build up new advantages through three dimensions of technology,service and brand,improve the internal service quality supervision and incentive system,establish a market-oriented operation mechanism and network service platform to guarantee and realize the specialization development strategy.This study explores development ideas with referable value for state-owned quality inspection institutions in reform,and employs enterprise’s perspective to probe the development strategy for state-owned quality inspection organizations,in a spirit of focusing on valuable thing and refraining from doing unproductive things. |
