In recent years,the domestic economic is not opstimistic,which is still wandering at the bottom without an obvious recovery signal.The economic downturn has brought the banks great pressure.The quality of bank credit asset has dropped significantly.The non-performing loans have constantly appeared.Greater demands are being placed on the management of the bank after loan.Traditionally,the bank paid attention to pre-loan investigation and loan approval while ignored the management after the loan.At present,it is boud to attach importance to the management after the loan.The paper has researched the behaviors of Pang An Bank XS Branch.The basic situation and the current post-loan management of the branch were introduced.The current problems in post-loan management of the branch were pointed out by analyzing some cases of enterprises.The reasons why these problems are existing are also analyed.Began from the four basic functions(planning,organization,leadership,control)of the management,the improvement measures were proposed by clarifying the purpose of post-loan management,perfecting the organization structure and system of post-loan management,increasing the methods of post-loan management,to established a set of more perfect post-loan management system.Based on current situation,a set of post-loan management was proposed by researching a certain branch to provide reference to the leadership of the Ping An Bank XS Branch and hope to help the post-loan management of the branch.The problems of post-loan management of XS branch are common in the branches of domestic banks,so the improvements of post-loan management for the grassroots of some banks have reference significance.
