X Group Quality Management System Information Construction Research

With the rapid development and application of computer information technology,a lot of enterprise quality management with the enterprise existing office system such as OA system,deal with the quality problems of the process,reduce the burden on the staff,improve work efficiency.But this is only the quality management mode,manual management computer,no implementation of structured data management,statistical analysis of automatic generation of key data cannot be realized,using the data and information sharing degree is not high,the data are based on the decision function is very weak,it is difficult for quality prevention,only after the management and analysis of the quality problems it is difficult to handle the quality problem,the accumulation of experience base,achieve continuous improvement of quality problems.In order to improve the quality of enterprise products more quickly,to a higher degree,to speed up the rapid positioning of quality problems,tracking and processing of each link,it is necessary to implement an independent quality management system.Based on the background of X group and the present situation of the construction of quality management information platform,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of quality information,and forms the goal of building the system.The main application of PDCA structured method,total quality management,product traceability,batch process data statistical analysis theory,from the product quality problems can be traced back to start,group X with enterprise's own conditions,summed up the three kinds of data acquisition methods,summarizes the key technology of X quality management system in group construction,namely,quality serial number management traceability of product quality traceability and application based on PDCA method,thus systematically planning a set of process data acquisition started around the quality management system,the process of data acquisition module + process quality monitoring and management platform.On the basis of analyzing the possible problems in the implementation of the system,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The research of this paper has certain reference value to the quality management system of manufacturing industry.
