Because of the increasing personalized business, how to implementation of effective integration between system information is the enterprise key problems need to study, this paper discusses the manufacturing system background, development status and existing problems at home and abroad, analyses the data acquisition, data processing and data back of the data flow between the related system, realize the information acquisition of the whole production process; Through the depth discussion of WCF technology, realized the data accurate and real-time transmission between system and system, labour and labour; Through the research of OPC technology to achieve the interaction between PLC and the underlying; This paper also introduces the model and the overall architecture of the system and the design of the database.Paper starting from the actual demand of the mechanical and electrical manufacturing enterprise, gives the design of the system integration scheme to the specific implementation of a complete set of solutions, design and implement the MES system in integrated environment, the MES system can not only meet the demand of customized personality, improve the competitiveness in the peer, but also improve the production quality and efficiency after the launch.
