Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Leisure Agriculture Development In Fuzhou

Leisure agriculture refers to the whole process of agricultural production in modern agriculture,especially in the process of modern urban agricultural production.Leisure agriculture is a new type of agricultural industrialization,which combines agricultural production with creative industries.It is of great significance to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and build a new socialist countryside.This study is based on Fuzhou leisure agriculture research,first analyzes the development mode of Fuzhou leisure agriculture,and the use of survey data analysis of Fuzhou leisure agriculture consumption,combined with the development of leisure agriculture in Fuzhou SWOT conditions,and puts forward the countermeasure and suggestion to promote the development of leisure agriculture in Fuzhou.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the research status at home and abroad is reviewed.The research object and intermediary body respectively related connotation and significance,for the development of leisure agriculture in the domestic creative leisure agriculture development and planning problems,leisure agriculture market positioning and marketing,leisure agriculture development type and foreign creative participation in leisure agriculture,the main leisure agriculture development are reviewed.(2)analyzed the development mode of Fuzhou leisure agriculture.Fuzhou’s leisure agriculture showing pastoral agricultural tourism,mode of farm tourism and leisure tourism three different development mode,compared with the mode of development in other areas,Fuzhou in the development of leisure agriculture development in the main business focus on more abundant,diverse and individualized development strategies,to achieve dislocation development,through the establishment of a strong the economic strength and market competitiveness of the leading tourism enterprises,to boost the development of Fuzhou leisure agriculture.(3)the consumption intention of Fuzhou leisure agriculture is analyzed.Through the questionnaire survey,the statistics of Fuzhou leisure agriculture tour population attribute information of tourists,analyzes the tourists’ decision-making behavior,follow-up survey results of tourists in the leisure agriculture tourism were analyzed,consequently the consumption characteristics of Fuzhou leisure agriculture in the study.At the same time,according to a survey of the Fuzhou citizens established leisure agriculture consumption intention Fuzhou model analysis,the study found that the level of education,rural residents life experience,knowledge and attitude on leisure agricultural tourism leisure agriculture in Fuzhou has a significant effect on consumption intention of creative.(4)the SWOT condition of the development of Fuzhou’s leisure agriculture is analyzed.The use of SWOT analysis,analysis of Fuzhou City leisure agriculture has the advantage,disadvantage,opportunities and threats,while avoiding disadvantages,to provide reference for Fuzhou city to gain competitive advantage in the creative industry in the development of leisure agriculture.(5)this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of leisure agriculture in Fuzhou.In the analysis of Fuzhou development model of leisure agriculture,analysis of Fuzhou agriculture consumption will,of Fuzhou leisure agriculture development ideas based on the analysis of SWOT,puts forward three countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of leisure agriculture in Fuzhou: to adapt to the new normal consumption,seize the new opportunities for development;price promotions,consumers will purchase the two sides;the development of leisure mode,rich experience of new types of agricultural activities.
