Research On The New Product Developing Process Quality Management In Daily Necessity Chemical Enterprise

Quality management is important to all enterprises, and means a lot to enterprises’survival and development. Most people would agree that “Quality is produced by designingbut not manufacturing”. Therefore, quality management on new product developing will givea great effect on enterprise’s core competitiveness. Daily chemical companies, which are inthe-intense-competitive FMCG（fast-moving consumer goods）Industry, is more likely toignore the quality management on new product developing. To some extent, new productdeveloping is unpredictable and random. That’s why we will have risk of new products’quality. At the same time, enterprises in this industry will demand a result of researching anddeveloping. This will makes engineers to ignore new products’ quality. At last, the enterpriseshave to test the new products to ensure that the quality is acceptable, which is not so efficientand reliable, and makes quality accident occurs.This paper takes quality management on new product developing as research objects, anddiscuss the status of The L Company, which is in Daily Chemical Industry. Based on currentsituation of The L Company’s new product developing, we will discuss several factor ofcausing new product quality problem occurs, such as people, equipment, material method,environment, and measurement. Then, we have got a diagnosis about those factor. Which sayswe should build or import a complete quality managing system, and build an informationsystem of R&D. Furthermore, we should get an organizational reform, improve the incentivesystem, build the quality culture. And totally improve the quality management on The LCompany’s new product developing at last.Besides, this paper discusses effects of several improve way discussed before, and try toevaluate them. In a word, the solution are all useful, but not all of them we can measure thehow useful they are.Our research results prove that, The L Company has built a fairly complete qualitymanaging system of new product developing, and lower the risks of new products qualityproblem.
