Research On Equipment Maintenance Cost Control Of N Company

Equipment maintenance plays a very important part in production and operation activities of enterprises,it also plays a decisive role in the stable operation of the equipment for a long time.As an important component of enterprise production cost,equipment maintenance costs directly affect the economic efficiency of enterprises.Controlling equipment maintenance costs reasonably not only can guarantee the equipments are in good condition,avoid equipment disrepaired and excessive repair,but also can effectively reduce the production cost of enterprises,take full advantages of equipment and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.N company has exceeded the enterprise equipment maintenance budget for two consecutive years,it needs to strenghten the management of internal equipment maintenance costs urgently,and do well in controlling the use of equipment maintenance.This paper is based on the investigation and research on the equipment maintenance management method and process after ERP was implemented in N company,control and manage the whole process by mending project approval,examination,implement and accounts settlement.Use causal analysis,look for the terminal factor of cost overruns,analyze the shortage of the existing maintenance cost control system,set quota of refining the internal secondary units equipment maintenance cost,give full play to the technical advantages of equipment managers,perfect management system,cover the shortage of corrective actions.In the practical research,the focus is on maintenance costs and three relative key factors,such as plan control,quality control and settlement control,so that the three factors can promote each other,improve each other,create a high rate of return on equipment repair,use the limited maintenance costs of enterprises on where it most needed,establish a more scientific and economical equipment management concept.
