Research On The Improvement Of Tax Service Quality Of JSX Local Tax Bureau

With the economic and social development,the people's expectations of the service oriented government is also getting higher and higher.As one of the government functions,Local tax authorities to implement the party and state policies,service taxpayers,service local economic development,to show the image of the local government rent,the responsibility to show the image of the government.2016 is the first year of 13th Five-Year planning.Tax department,especially the local tax authorities should actively practice the party and the country's policies and policies.Local Tax Department tax service institutions should continue to improve the quality of tax service,the overall situation of the development of services.This article through the literature research,the questionnaire survey and so on the JSX local tax revenue service sector has carried on the example research and so on.Through the study found that the JSX Local Taxation Bureau,the main problems in the quality of service,the lack of incentive mechanism in the Department of internal staff status quo or on their own job satisfaction in poor condition,and on the tax collection,the lack of effective communication.The taxpayer has higher requirements for the quality of tax service,and the satisfaction of the taxpayer to the tax service quality needs to be further enhanced.According to the survey,it is found that the main problems proposed to enhance grass-roots tax service quality related programs,including institutional set-up and the division of responsibilities clear,complete content system,optimize work flow,enhancing the means of information,to establish a comprehensive system,standardize the tax service evaluation mechanism and so on.For the effective implementation of the tax service quality improvement plan,this paper presents the implementation of security measures,including through the cultivation of cultural services to strengthen the sense of service;strengthen staff training to improve service ability;formulating the standard of service enhancement measures system execution management;perfecting examination supervision and incentive mechanism;and realize the relationship between tax levy and payment effective interaction and other security measures to ensure the effective implementation of the tax service quality and efficiency of the scheme.I hope this article can provide help for the improvement of the quality of tax service through the JSX Local Taxation Bureau Tax Service related research.
