| With the steady development of China’s social economy,the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,tourism development has become an important part of people’s leisure life.The mass tourism has promoted the development of tourism destination.At the same time,the migration of migrant workers has become a common phenomenon need to be concerned for tourism in the era of great migration.The rational management of tourism migrant can not only promote the rational allocation of market resources,alleviate the employment pressure,but also improve the income of migrant workers and promote regional coordinated and sustainable development.The research on the change of tourism labor’s sources and its influencing factors can provide the basis for the managers to understand and manage the tourism laborers for the purpose of better promoting the social and economic development of tourism.Based on this background,this paper explores the changing trend and hidden law of tourism migrant source space of Jiuzhaigou in 2007 and 2013,of Huangshan in 2009 and 2015 respectively.Based on the theory of labor migration,eight influencing factors were selected,and the influencing factors system of distance,economy and population composition was identified by gravity model and linear regression analysis.This paper uses the geography concentration index to calculate the spatial concentration and spatial attraction radius of the tourism labor migration space in two cases.Through the ArcGIS spatial analysis method,the results are stratified and displayed intuitively on the map,and the spatial center of gravity Change direction.Secondly,through the stratification analysis,we understand the various types of the law and trends of tourism labor immigration source space.Finally,the influencing factors are identified by SPSS software.After the above quantitative analysis,visualization,deepening of the analysis,the results show that:The overall structure of tourism migrant workers tends is the balance in the proportion of sex,aging,the Han nationality in occupy the dominant position,low education mainly,hotel workers mainly.The overall trend of migrant workers’ source space in tourism is essentially that along the traffic track,in the form of increasing layers,toward the tourist attractions gathered.According to the geography concentration index,the provincial administrative boundary effect is weakened but still strong,the southeastern province will turn to the circle echelon descent,the Nine Ring axle belt turns to the traffic trunk radiation development,immigration space center of gravity to the northwest.Huangshan tourism migrant source space through the geographical concentration index quantitative agglomeration trend,the provincial administrative boundary shielding effect strengthened,Huangshan City,the source space is along the Beijing-Taiwan high-speed and connected to other transport routes,to the northwest direction of descending distribution,Tourism labor migration source space to the southwest direction of gravity migration.There are some differences in the spatial stratification of migrant workers’ migration.The degree of spatial agglomeration of female migrant workers and migrants is stronger than that of males;the degree of spatial agglomeration of migrant workers in the Han nationality is weaker than that of ethnic minorities;the migrant age of migrant workers and the geographical concentration index show U-type relationship;The spatial concentration of immigrants is the most concentrated,while the university and above the most extensive range of space radiation;the occupational categories of tourism labor immigration space from high to low level of three levels,namely the hotel industry staff;individual small business owners and tourism Other labor;managers and recreational workers.the influencing factors of tourism labor immigrant sources’ spatial change include the location traffic,socio-economic situation of the migrant land,the individual characteristics of tourism labor.At the same time,hindered by distance,the economic level and the population index of the source play a role,and gradually tend to conform to the conservation law of gravity model.According to the research results,the paper puts forward four suggestions on four aspects: targeted tourism labor management,transformation of tourism economic development strategy,reform of policy system and improvement of tourism environment. |
