Study On The Spatial Layout Optimization Of Rural Residential Areas Based On The Theory Of Central Place

With the development of economy and society,due to the restriction of natural geographical conditions and unreasonable planning,a large number of rural settlements in our country have been in the state of extensive utilization for a long time.This has resulted in a great waste of land resources and hindered the development of rural areas.However,the improvement and optimization of rural settlements must be the core issue of the majority of scholars.In this study,Xinzheng city as the study area,the current land use database in Xinzheng city with DEM elevation data and economic statistical data as the basis,using Arcgis spatial analysis function and data statistical analysis function and the Voronoi diagram etc.to study on the spatial structure of the status quo and evolution of rural settlements in Xinzheng city and construct the evaluation index of rural residential development potential,and then discuss the space layout optimization of rural settlements of Xinzheng.It provides a scientific basis for the future of rural settlements in Xinzheng and provides a reference for the future development of urban and rural integration in Xinzheng.Here are the main contents and conclusions.(1)In 2015,the number of rural residential areas in Xinzheng was 3956,the average patch area was about 2.91 ha,and there were more fragmented patches.By comparing the remote sensing image data of 2005,2010,2015,the rural residential area in Xinzheng showed a trend of expansion.Between 2010 to 2015,the number of small patches of rural settlements increased.(2)In the center of Chris teller theory,this paper designs a model of village layout ideal residents according to the needs of production and life.The distance between the two villages is designed to be 2~3km,with 2.5km as the standard distance.In the standard state,the maximum cultivation radius of 1.44 km,the settlement hinterland area of 541.27 hectares.(3)Through the construction of the evaluation index system,this paper selects the different indicators to determine the weight of different sizes.The development potential of rural residential area in Xinzheng is evaluated by static and dynamic two party.Based on the multi index comprehensive evaluation method,this paper makes a static evaluation of the development potential of 3956 villages from the following aspects: the resource endowment,the production life accessibility and the development of the village.And the results show that the distribution of the East and West is low.At the same time,the paper uses the spatial competition dynamic iterative algorithm to evaluate the potential of village patch,and the evaluation results are relatively uniform distribution.In general,whether from the perspective of resources carrying capacity,or from the fairness and efficiency of public service facilities,it is more reasonable to make use of the dynamic evaluation results to optimize the village layout.(4)This paper puts forward an important solution and reasonable plan for the future spatialdistribution of rural settlements in Xinzheng.Using the results of dynamic evaluation to optimize the layout of the village,this paper sets up 120 central village,the 30 grass-roots Village.The demolition of the village is divided into two types of government led and planning guidance,for different types of villages put forward corresponding countermeasures.Finally,the spatial layout optimization scheme of Xinzheng rural residential areas is summarized by the combination of chart and dynamic evaluation methods.
