As the core embodiment of the current land expropriation compensation system,integrated land price may be solved with different price in same land ",but at the same time also caused some new problems,such as the typical" same price in different land".The purpose of this paper is to meet the different needs of landless peasants and explore the market mechanism of the different land expropriation compensation,aiming to ease village land expropriation compensation conflict.From this study we have drawn the following conclusions:(1)On the whole,due to the differences in the level of economic development in different regions of Henan,the regional differences of land acquisition compensation and resettlement costs are also obvious.On the spatial distribution,the overall level of compensation for land expropriation in the northern region is higher than that in the South.As the one of the central region,Zhengzhou land acquisition compensation and resettlement costs are significantly higher than other regions,but Nanyang,Zhoukou,Shangqiu and other regions with a larger population of land compensation and resettlement costs are lower.From the time point of view,from 2012 to 2016,the land acquisition compensation and resettlement costs have risen.The reduction in the number of low grade areas shows that the gap between the north and the south is narrowing.(2)In the analysis of the degree of market features,the minimum price of industrial land transfer is chosen as the degree of market features.In 2012 and 2016,the average price of compensation for land acquisition and resettlement are lower than the minimum price of industrial land transfer,Which in 2012 is 235060 yuan each ha,2016 is 151185 yuan each ha,the gap has been reduced,proved the cost of land acquisition and resettlement had improved,but the growth is also very slow compared to the rate of economic.Correlation analysis showed that in 2012 is 0.562 and 2016 is0.543,there is a very small difference,and the Sig was 0,that is meaning two times that of land requisition compensation and resettlement to the minimum transfer price by cost and industry at the level of 0.01 showed a significant correlation,and a positive correlation.Henan land acquisition compensation and resettlement costs haveshown a preliminary market features,but not obvious,there is still room for greater progress and optimization.(3)The main factors that affect the cost of land expropriation compensation and resettlement are analyzed,which are the average per capita net income(per capita disposable income),per capita GDP,the level of social security,land location and land supply and demand.According to the homogeneity test and F test,the difference between the first three and the cost of compensation for land expropriation showed a significant correlation.Through the comparison of the three factors in 2012 and in2016,the paper found that not all the factors of the three factors have significant influence on the difference of land expropriation compensation.The difference in the high level showed a significant difference greater than that at the low level.(4)The land location and land supply and demand showed no significant corresponding,but should not deny its influence in the process of land expropriation in the county,from the micro perspective,both of which may play an important effect in the collection of market reform in the future.
