Study On Decision-making Method Of Basic Farmland Delimitation's Combined Model

Farmland protection has always been an important issue related to the national security strategy in the field of Land and Resources.Demarcation of basic farmland is an important measure to protect farmland.But,in many areas,paying more attention to basic farmland quantity specified value and ignoring the quality and layout problems will result in the distribution of basic farmland is fragmented,simultaneously,it is not conducive to centralized management.So,how to draw basic farmland scientific and efficient,and how to provide convenient and accurate decision support,become the importance of basic farmland delimitation.Decision Support System(Decision Support System,abbreviated DSS),it is an auxiliary program which assists decision-makers to determine the objectives,program development,evaluation and analysis of simulation and verification work,through the data,models and knowledge to carry out human-computer interaction.Model has been more and more attention and research as a decision support system to solve the core problem.Typically,complex decision-making problems can not be solved by single model,often need to make decision support through a set of different types of models.Therefore,establishing a model library and model library management system in the support of computer software and hardware,with organic combination and scientific management.This model-driven decision support system can improve the ability of decision support.This paper is based on the decision needs of basic farmland delineated business and the development status of traditional basic farmland delineated method.In order to efficiently and scientific solution the problem of basic farmland delimitation decision by constructing model management system,using a combination of tools visualization model based on the model combination method parameter mapping,complex decision-making model.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through the study on the requirement analysis of basic farmland delimitation business,defining the process of delimitation.Point at the achievements and deficiencies in the basic farmland delimitation method previous research,put forward a new and more reasonable method.According to the principle of the delimitation of basic farmland "concentrated",to constructing scientific and rational model.(2)In this research,in order to convenient land resource managers to make decision support,design model driven decision support system.The system mainly including the construction of model management system,developing visual model application tools,and decision-making model management operations,such as adding,combination,structural testing,etc.This can improve the efficiency of making basic farmland delimitation decision,at the same time,simplify the cumbersome steps,and convenient decision maker.(3)The decision support system is applied to the basic farmland business in the field of land and resources management,choosing Donghai County as the specific research area.The results validate the scientific decision-making models' construction,and the feasibility and applicability of the basic farmland delimitation model driven DSS.
